This complaint is to communicate highest level of Dissatisfaction from crown honda noida sector 63. Unprofessional and very bad service provider itâs a very pathetic experience with crown honda service this time as i am a regular customer of crown honda. As this was a regular service of my car under the supervision of Ajeet singh and Driver sandeep kumar & manish on 5th aug 2023. Ajeet has advised me this time your car SHOCKER need to change and i said ok and due to this your car will be delivered on second day. but next day when i checked my car, i can't believe it is coming from service centre.i found my car in a very bad service condition. roof light was not working .Diggy Mats was so dirty and Rubber Strip was hanging. even c ... Horrible service centre.
I left my car there for an accidental repair and they killed my car battery plus the power window switch.
I have seen their service guys molesting the cars in a horrible fashion. AC's are left full blast ON even when the vehicle engine is dead and it is running on battery.

Highly unprofessional. Would never visit them again or advise anyone to go there.

I complete agree with Mr. Aayush.. same problem with me.. they took entire amount by cheque... cheque has been encashed 10 days back and since then they have giving dates to me ... no delivery yet.. do not buy from this dealer.. worst dealer ever seen..

Very late delivery time.....these people do not understand the meaning of commitment......my car was booked on 4 May, 2014 and crown honda promised to get it delivered on 10 June, 2014 but now they say that they would tell me the delivery date in Sept, 2014.

Automax honda and Courtesy Honda are delivering the car within 90 days in Delhi and Prestige honda in Punjab also the same time.
