Iâm the current active customer of Beam Internet. Beam Internet â WORST SERVICE. They did not installed the new internet connection for a week now. If something goes wrong and you need some service from Beam Internet, then youâre gone. Theyâll take 1 week of time to fix your issues. Better go for Airtel (who can provide better service) ! I used to call them every day and each day the answer from them is âPlease give us 24 hours of time, weâll fix itâ. I spoke to supervisors of Beam Internet, even theyâve promised saying issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but nothing got resolved. DO not trust on beam ! I faced problem while taking new connection, Took money in advance and does not provided internet for initial 5 days.I have to do regresses follow up to get the internet service up .After 15 days it has stopped working because of they did not PAY SOCIETY Bills (cheating the whole society). Now from 15 days i am calling customer care but always saying issue will be resolve in 48 hours ,we have escalated to concern department and still this drama is going on!
If you are fool ,Please choose beam !

Choosing BEAM Internet is ONE BIG MISTAKE. ALWAYS there will be disconnection. OTHER hand CUSTOMER SUPPORT is WORST. IF you register a complaint on any issue, they never give back the response. THEY WILL TAKE 24 HOURS to solve any issue. YOU have to give a follow-up call and burn your pocket BECAUSE U TOOK THE WRONG CHOICE as BEAM Provider. .FINALLY, I would suggest NOT TO go with BEAM Internet.

Every single line mentioned below is completely true, and verifiable with Beam Telecom. I am ready to give a testimony before any court as well. August 2nd week 2013: the biggest ever mistake of my life, I chose Beam Telecom. Oh God! What was wrong with me. 21-Aug-2013: whenever there is a power cut, the beam telecom gets disconnected. I call up the beam telecom service center. they say . We will install a battery at our L2 Switch, so you will not have problem. 22-Aug-2013: Beam telecom calls me and says "we installed a battery". 12-Oct-2013: The service is gone. no idea what is going on. Beam Telecom does not have any commitment to customer satisfaction.. They are just running to get more customers and revenues by offering internet connection at less price.. Please do not see the less prices of this company.. because the real pain and trouble starts when you start using the services of Beam and after paying money... Today was Friday and in my Family.. My Sister and me decided to work from home. Everything was fine untill 11 Am.. and suddenly the LAN status started to show disconnected.. I have been using Beam Fiber from past six months after getting out from the other Board brand connection. They took just 1day for installation, Speed is constant. Service is good; i got quick response if i am having any complaints. Now Beam Fiber has released Amazing plans @ 15-25mbps!!! What else do we want...
we should feel as a lucky ppl coz Beam fiber is in HYD.
