I have booked one washing machine 6.5 kg brand electrolux model ES62 LUMR last 02.06.15 down payment with dabit card. very sorry to say till date that machine has not delivered. pl. deliver it urgently.

lousiest after sales service. relation is finished after you pay for the goods. they don't know the details about the goods they sale. its true at least for the haldia show room.

Worst customer support!!! They don't care your money, your goods which they sold.

They provide the worst after sale customer support Iâve ever seen. Most of the telephones numbers are not reachable or nobody is there to pick up the phone and even they just pick up and disconnect the line.
Itâs just a hazard to buy any product from them.
