This is to inform you that I am regular user of Hero-Bikes, I believe service of my bike only and only at Hero Service Stations because of my faith and brand image,
I have Hero Honda Bike Model-Glamour Drum Black, DL3S-BQ-5779. Few days before I shifted to Kolkata from delhi and found Amit Hero Service Station
To service my bike. I visited at Amit Hero Service Station- Mahabirtala-Kolkata dated 12/11/2012 around 11âo clock, given my bike for service and change of chain Sprocket.
On the day 13/11/2012 as per company suggestion to receive the bike they charged me Rs1600/-, I requested to give detail bills, They replied no bill will be provided you,
