they called me up saying they will be here to repair my TV ....at 12pm ..and I specifically told them I had to take my mother at hospital later in day and i work 6 days a week , till 3pm no one came and when I called they turned off their phones
My mother missed doctors appointment
I pray they don't have parents who will have to suffer this as a matter of fact they don't have any heart to call their customers if anyone reads this please dont buy samgsung tv as their service centers are a taboo
