Never go to this place.
My Nokia 5530 touch phone stopped working, so gave it for service with Rs.100 checking charges and they quoted Rs.1850/- to replace its touch screen. After five days they called me and said that the phone board has gone bad and its replacement cost will be 70% of phone cost and asked me to take back the phone.
I didn't believe the Nokia service center so took my phone to a near by mobile service center, he quoted Rs.950/- and assured that he will repair and give next day.
Next day I went to collect my phone and to my surprise the phone was repaired and was working as before and he charged only Rs.450/- for replacing the touch screen.
Shame on Nokia service center.
Worst Service and Unskilled technicians. Useless service center in my opinion.
They don't know:
> How to handle a high-end device (yes, I am talking about Lumia 920)
> How to offer a proper solution or repair
>How to speak courteously
They can't even recognize certain minor issues and dismiss as "That's how it'll be", let alone repair.
This nokia care does not know:
> How to resolve Handset issues
> How to set the correct expectation with the customer.
> How to interact with the customer.
I have been facing issues with my Nokia E6-00 for the pas one month. However these guys have not been able to resolve the issues. Escalating the matter to Nokia Care line i.e. 30303838 has not helped the matters. The point to note is that the issue is related with a Handset which is under warranty.
