Please read what they make you sign on, when they make you join it. Food is prepared untidily. It's not healthy.
They lie. In case of any issues, the person who's number they have mentioned, is not cooperative at all. He will charge for any issues whatsoever.
In case of any dispute, they get a say. People have lost so much money and crib about living here. Of course they can't say that when one comes to see the place. But in reality that's the case.
If we tell people how bad the place is, we get yelled at by some Varun guy. The managing guy there. Crappy place. It looks pretty, but it hides a bitter, nasty, greedy side of this place.
