I stay in Malleswaram not very far from Big bazaar. Whenever I had asked them for door delivery never the items were delivered on time, they always say it will take 24 hrs, but it always take much more than the time given. When asked for the reason of delay they either blame the driver or the vehicle repair. And when asked for the manager on the phone they again say some reasons and don't let the manger talk with the customer. I always have to call them atleast 10-15 times to ask when are the items going to be delivered.
I am posting this message on behallf of my friends and many people who has the same complaint. And all of us have decided not to shop at big bazaar in future.

Customer service is crappy in Malleshwaram BigBazaar.The sales person will not respond in a proper manner.Otherwise they provide offer good offers which saves a lot from your wallet.
Finding / getting the service of sales person in BB is quite a task when we need help to locate a product or select a one. Please provide one pleasing sounding small bell at all points so that needy customers can use it to call the sales persons. Season's Greetings! I had visited your outlet a few times. On the latest two occasions, I wish to state the experience as follows.
Some of the sales staff are courteous and responsive, while some feel the presence of a customer as a disturbance to them.
The billing is one difficult area. You would be directed from pillar to post and some remain closed, technical, et al.
On 2nd I had just purchased one item under receipt no.0007249, till no.22, tr:20565. I had used my card. After considerable delay at the till, I was asked to sign which I did. Once I was returning I got msgs on my phone, reg the debit, but instead of one there were two. I had called your outlet on phone08040993737. The matter was informed to the person who had sw ... View Moreiped my card. He informed me that within 24 hours, the wrong debit would be re-credited to my account. However, until 7th of September, there was no credit. I had called your outlet and after a very long time I could speak to one person. The person after some time gave the phone to one 'Manager' who informed me on inquiry that her name was 'Priya' asked me to establish the debit and come to the outlet with the purchase bill and the signed slip, upon which they would look into the matter and see what could be done. I explained to her that the matter was reported to the person who swiped my card Mr. Rathikanth and he had acknowledged the same and assured a credit back within 24 hours. After a lot of persistence, she had told me that she would speak to the accounts department and try to get me the credit. Today while I am writing this, I have checked the account and there is no credit of the same. Since your company is a reputed one, I am writing this as a feedback, so that timely interventions could help you to maintain the name and keep up with competition. I hope your company would become more customer focused.
