The following, in my opinion, describes the centre:
- Ill equipped
- Dis-organized
- Expensive
- Non transparent
- Callous
- Indifferent to patient well-being

Imagine a situation where the most critical operating equipment is down for more than 2 days!! Now imagine the state of a patient who is on the operating table and the equipments conks off and there is no backup! That is VIVUS for you.
