Dear All be aware of this chor bank . & it's ( employee - debashis paul ) . The bank support emails says it's non refundable , how can they says this , if they have taken all papers & processing fee & do not process the loan becouse of bank own fault , then why the bank cant refund my money. I am also scammed by debashish paul in jan 2020 , HDFC Home Loan Dwarka sec-5 & associated with HDFC Home Loan , Munirka branch he took away cheque of rupees twenty three thousand six hundred. After taking all all property details & original papers & cheque for a loan of 35 lacs & later changed for 40 lacs. After taking more than 6 months , the company sent sanction letter for the approval of 35 lacs & after one day he says hdfc LTD can no t process thi

i have applied for home loan through Debashis Paul Marketing officer of your branch. my Home Loan A/c file no. is 617904254.
as per Devashis my loan will not sanctioned, i am ok with that but the way mr Debashis responding i am depressed and frustrate. he is responding on mail/SMS and not picking my phone since last 10 days.
now my request to you please take appropriate action against him and return my cheque Amt. i.e. Rs 10776
