Purchased 3 ACs last month from Shri Balaji Traders. The Owner offered the Price of Rs 31000/- for 1.0 Ton Connvertible Blue Star AC and written the same on Paper used by the Salesman to write the Prices of different Brands. Later Salesman entangled us to buy one 1.5 Ton AC instead of 1.0 Ton and while making the GST Bill he placed the prices of two 1.0 Ton ACs at Rs 32000 instead of Rs 31000. I missed to notice it there as I got busy in seeing other products with my Children.
After reaching home my Son pointed to this mischief in Bill. I called the Salesman but he cunningly tried to deny of such price written by owner, later he asked me to come to the shop to resolve it. Then I called the owner but he didn't pick phone. Next day, I went

Everyone in this shop is very sweet and disciplined till the time you haven't paid. Once payment is done, suddenly they show you their real colors. This shop is fraud. They sell non genuine repaired products as new. They do not answer your calls if you require after sales support in your product. The owner is rude and irrational and lacks basic manners to talk to his customers.
Balaji Traders, a very big shop at Ram phal chowk, but very poor service. They have very good dealing till the time you haven't paid. Once paid, they will not fulfill their commitments on time. Their service agenst would not visit even after calling many times if it is a free service

well!!Letme put the things in right prespective.As far as balajee traders are concerned,I have no qualms in saying that they are good.Mr Sandeep has taken personal interest in attending to the calls and has done a tremendous job in providing the services.At the same time I would also mention here that one of the employees of theirs Mr Paramjit who came to attend the call is a THIEF and swindles people.I have been Swindled off him for Rs 1500/- around 4 days back where he approached me to service the gas and my washing machine.Mr Paramjit's Mob No .is9289773791.All the people reading this must be VERY CAREFUL in dealing with this man.I also recommend Mr Sandeep of Balaji Traders to take a special NOTE OF this and ensure such people are not e

the owner is very well worsen with the products and is highly educated the discipline staff is courteous towards women.
i am very surpised about the views of mr.vaibhav and mrs.sharika.i have not seen any negativity in his dealings rather he is more concerned about customer care.their might be some misunderstanding.
he is the only shopkeeper who pays personel attention while dealing with every customer and the same thing thing happens at the time of complaints also. i m happy that he got my two year old bajaj gyeser changed from the company , which was not possible by me ..
