Hi Admin,
I really want to thank you guys, As i was travelling from t3 to noida with my family and i was not sure whether about noida and gr noida. I took my drop at noida sec 16 at 12am in night after 35 mins i realize that i have to go to gr noida. i call them up again and ask for a cab thank god you provide me cab in nxt 15 mins.

Atrocious! When I called up, the guy didn't even take down my complete address, and 'guaranteed' that I will get the cab in half an hour. Called back in 20 mins, still 'guaranteed' that the chauffer will call me, and get my address.
40 mins later, when I called again to tell them that no chauffer contacted me, the guy started laughing.
An absolute waste of time....No wonder these cab services don't last too long.

I would rather prefer going using quick cabs which refuse if Cab is not coming prior 45 minutes of travel.
Three experiences with WOW Cabs were sad and pathetic. First time cab came after delay of 1 hour, 2nd time delay of 30 minutes and 3rd time delay of 25 minutes. All three times I booked for my dad to Railway station. If you book using them then your travel is "RAAM BHAROSE".
They charge minimum of Rs 330 even if it doesn't make up during your travel in KMs.

When I discussed with the Operator, he started fighting and is not even bothered enough if I put feedback here or any other site!
