My car MP 13 D 4631 Maruti 800 got serviced many more time from Maruti authorised service centre smart cars Kaggadasapura Bangalore
Every time the quality of service is pathetic Whenever I want to file a complaint they say donot do if you do we will not give you back the vehicle
This time on 4th June I asked 9686664362 to get my vehicle repaired which is not getting started
Based on my call they send two person 9686664363 On arrival the person says the fuel is not coming to the carburettor. He asked my permission to tow the vehicle I allowed. All this happen around 1100 and vehicle towed to their workshop

Hi i given Maruti Ertiga on Smart Car service station and they have done good job and nice coordination with the workers.
As per below reviews i didnt face any problem on service and other problems...as per my point of view they done good job thanks to Smart cars team..keep doing the same service.
I had seen the comments about Smartcars. Their views are very wroung.I had been servicing my car past 7 years in Smartcars.They are very genuine people their chargers are very competative.All over bangalore i never seen like this service station.Again i am promising everybody they are the very genuine and fully trained staffs from Maruti Suzuki India.

This is bring to notice of bad experience i had with one of Maruti Service center in bangalore ("SMART CARS ") Kaggadasapura.
I had given my vehicle SWIFT VXI for replacing the damaged bumper and right side fendor.
When i went to take back my vehicle to my utter disappointment i found that the music sytesm (JVC tocuh screen model) which i got from outside is not working.Seems like that they realy "cleaned" my music system too when they did the water wash.
This happened nearly two weeks back. Yesterday i got a call from one of the supervisor named "Jagadeesh" informing me that they will give the system back with all the fault and Rs 7000 a

This service centre is aptly named as SMART as they are smart in fleecing people . They just want to grab more and more money from customers . They create the false issues in the cars and extract money. They never fix a issue in one go and then charge exorbitant money. I sent my car for a simple issue with my headlights not working . they sent the car first day saying it is now working , i took the car to my office and while returning in the evening the headlights did not work. I sent the car again and they returened it saying they have fixed it. I again tokk it to office next day and the lights still did not worked!. they took it gain and same thing the lights worked for just 5 mintes, then i spoke to owner Mr. Jagdish and picked up the ca
