Would give promises to complete work on time without the need for follow ups from customer side. There would be multiple follow up from his side to get the order. Lightening speed to cash the initial order advance. Then no sign. Follow ups, tons of them, needed to get him to work. At my place, I had to face humiliation in front of my near / dear ones. Work left incomplete even on the day if move in despite a month overrun. Trusted him in paying up as he requested. Now, there is no sign of the tax bill, work is still pending and he is not responding to request for maintenance. 3 weeks of multiple follow ups. Dear Friends,

I had a very horrible time with the company and director,the work was slow and I faced tough time to follow up many time feel insulted. they tried convincing me about metal and plywood properties are same.. justifying incomplete work

finally when these guys handed over I needed to pay extra money to meet my expectation.
