Please do not go with these Architects.. never. They are a couple who prefer to sit in their office, and operate with a bunch of incapable, incompetent, unprofessional civil contractor, fleecing electrician, irresponsible unprofessional plumber and tiling contractor who in short can be called cheats.. neither do these guys have work ethics nor do they care for your money or material.
I made a mistake of going with these guys, and I am left with a house with leaking toilets when flushed due to plumber's irresponsible work, it would cost me a lot to repair, for, the flush is concealed - we have to redo all the tiling and dadoing.
