Bella Madonna Beauty Salon: Highly recommended for haircutting and styling, this unisex salon is chic and offers great service. Few unisex salons are good for both men and women and Bella Madonna is one of those rare ones that is. The hairstylists are always booked and it is advisable to take an appointment. Their haircuts are well done and people are known to bring pictures which the hairdresser can refer to. Follow that up with a color job or head massage. They also offer the regular salon services out of which the facials are very good, for both men and women.

DO NOT GO HERE!
The service is terrible, the hairdressers have no idea how to cut hair or any opinion or passion about it. being such a reputed parlour, i thought the service would be much better! i went for a simple trim to maintain the haircut but the hairdresser simply made everything worse! he cut my hair in such a terrible manner that i could not leave it open at all after that! i earlier had a layered cut which he completely destroyed and cut most of my hair very short with a few long strands underneath. on pointing out his mistake, he just made another random snips here and there and ruined it further. even then, my hair was cut very uneven and looked terrible!

i have been going to bella madonna since 2009, i guess since the store opened in galleria and i am very happy with the consistency of the services that have been offered to me till date. I would highly recommended the hair stylist JAWED, he's one of the best hairstylists in Gurgaon and as i am into modeling i don't take any chances when it comes to hairstylists. He has been styling my hair for all my shoots and all my friends take his advice when it comes to colouring, styling and hair care. Salons are for rendering beauty services and according to me a hairdresser should be judged on his knowledge and skill deliverence, not his manners, attitude etc (@Guruji)
Bella Madonna, Gurgaon is Pathetic.... I have never in my life come across such unprofessional people. All they care about is money and NO customer satisfaction at all... I went for a haircut and trust me the only thing the hairdresser did was - Show ATTITUDE... he was so unprofessional that when I told him (Jawed) that I wanted him to improve the cut... he said that if he gets angry he will spoil it further.... This was too much for a Customer centric business to act like this. I totally agree with Kumar below... Instead of Cheating Customers and asking for Money , they should concentrate on improving their Customer service skills.... I would never recommend this ... There are better salons which provide you with the best Customer service
Loved this salon , was recommended by my friend who has been a regular with them for last 4 years . Got my color and cut done very professional. I also got ready for my sister's wedding and couldn't resist getting my make-up after seeing a bride getting ready. It was stunning If and when i get married i will definitely choose this place for my bridal make up
Recently visited Bella Madonna.. and found that most of their good hairdressers including Yogi (he was awesome)for female and Mushir for men have left..I got a pathetic haircut from one Sudhanshu..:( Now I am looking for some good hairstylist list thru' the net, who can atleast rectify my haircut a bit...though it will take atleast 6 months for my hair to grow back to shape..
Inside most of the facial/massaeur girls have also left..

i went to this place with high hopes,but am disappointed. these guys have a certain attitude and guess,they like to cater to only ''HIGH-END'' customers .this am saying because they make you feel really ''dirty'' despite charging a bomb. so,can safely say,dnt expect good treatment from these cheap ''after money only '' guys !!
