Quality of service has gone to the drain. They give appointments but are least bothered to honour them even after customer waits.
Staff is highly incompetent in managing and / or very arrogant.
Second such experience in 2 weeks.
First time I had a pedicure appt with a particular technician ( who they didn`t inform and alloted to someone else). Then they almost pressured me by going with someone else until I put my foot down.
Second, today I had an eyebrow appointment which I waited for 15 mins even after the time. Even after that, this really arrogant and unprofessional lady comes to me to tell me she is going to finish someone else`s service before mine.
