We had a terrible experience with this store a week back. We have been going to them for many years and they have always been polite and helpful. We were recently sold fabric with grubby marks throughout. When we went back to the store to rectify the situation, the owner was extremely rude. He told us it was our responsibility to check the fabric was Ok when we bought it, not his. He complained that we visited his shop too often without purchasing anything. And it wasn't like we were placing lakhs worth of orders. All in all a shop to avoid.
