These guys are cheaters. Even I got cheated, the driver over charged me by Rs.150, which I learnt later after checking the bill emailed to me. Their customer care are not taking any complaints against drivers; to my surprise, he started shouting at me as to why & how I paid more money just because the driver asked so much amount. I don't remember exactly the tariff rate as it was night and I just paid whatever the driver asked me. Anyways, I will never use it again.
