Pathetic dealership services; these guys promises work to be done within 2-3 days and take months to do it; they hold up my cheque of more than 7 lakhs for about a month without stating any reason (i applied for a car loan and they got the money from bank within few days); my Autocop system installed hasn't worked a day since installation; extended warranty and RSA documents they claim to handover with a week and it has already been 4 weeks; they have no information on car insurance policies and ask you sign documents and pay money urgently otherwise 'they will not be responsible for delay' . have lodged a complain against them with Honda delhi office...I haven't got further clue otherwise will have to approach consumer court for help.
