I'm a regular customer of your SDA outlet. I usually really like the quality of food n service there. But today i ordered a chicken lasagna, and what a disaster it was. First it took about an hour to reach. It was undercooked, very soggy. It had oil floating at the top, to a point that the box that it came in was wet and greasy. All in all a total turn off. What was worse was when i called back at the outlet and told them about it i was rather unpleasantly received. The person on the phone tried to convince me that the liquid floating on the top was cheese. Seriously, I can tell the difference between cheese n oil for crying out loud.
