Hello evreyone, got my TBTS 350 45 days back and went for the FIRST service at M/S Sai Ram Autocrafts. What a horrible experience. After getting my vehicle back from service station, oil leakage started, and it was spraying on my left foot, fortunately i noticed it while driving and i saved myself from any burn due to the hot oil spray. When i reported that issue to the service station, they told that nothing with the service and we will not take any responsibility for that. After long discussion with multiple people in that showroom/service station, i dropped my bike for repair the oil leakage problem. I suppose to get it back day after tomorrow. Crossing my fingers. My recommendation is PLEASE DO NOT GO TO M/S Sai Ram Autocrafts FOR SERVICE, and Enfield company should CANCEL their dealership.

I never had this type of worst food in my life. Here in Chennai, folks have enough money to waste, that's why no one raise the voice. Horrible food, crap service, worst quality. If anyone likes the food in "The Rock", they should try other similar restaurant to understnad the poor quality of food in The Rocks.
