I bought the Tata Photon Plus from them on 21st July,and the empoyee name was Pratibha, after she sold she said it will be activated in 24 hours and maximum will be 72 hours. Today is Wednesday, I keep on calling her and she hardly bothers to receive the phone and then why I tried the store no. another employee yesterday named Bhavya, she promised it will be activated anyhow Tuesday itself. And today when I called and after trying their no for 1 hour when accidentally they received my phone, she said activation is not their responsibility and said it will be done by today in the evening after 4pm. Now is 4.37 p.m. I am calling Pratibha on 9212169111 and she is disconnected my calls. So everyone if you want trouble in your life then contact this shitty company and you will be treated you never have been before. Don't fall a prey to them and never do any business from these guys.
