We have received the credit note cheque from Prithvee now, so I guess things are fine with the company.

This is a fraud company as they offer credit note discounts at the time of sales and as soon as you give the money, they will stop responding to emails, calls and never hand over the money to you. Their employees as well as directors are involved in cheating customers by credit note fraud. We bought a property in Supertech Capetown in Noida last year but the Prithvee guys have not yet given credit note money to us.
