Feedback section on the website: Cannot send any feedback larger than 300 chars - no indication on the website. Had to send 3 different emails to share complete feedback on the services offered.
Spa services: No available for anyone but inhouse guests - not indicated on website. Upon calling reception informed of it, told I can use the Beauty services, but refused to be told the price.
I was considering staying here based on the reviews in TripAdvisor and Conde Naste for their spa break - but after this appalling policy and service, will be now taking my custom to the Taj Group of hotels - who were friendly, helpful and considerate.
ITC Gardenia do not deserve their 5 star rating - very very poor customer service and spa policies.
If possible to give less than 1 star rating I would have.
