I have been a regular customer of M.K retails for grossery shopping. For the first time I bought sea food - Ruhu fish from this shop. It was disappointing to know that they had billed me with rotten fish . I did nto realise it when I bought it . I kind off realised that the fish is not ok when I washed it . I cooked the fish and when I tasted it I realised it was a spoit one. I immediately took the fish and returned to them and was refunded without any question . I guess they are used to such compalins before as well and that is why it wasnt diffucult for me to get my money back but this is not the solution what a customer look for. This super market being a reputed one should have a propoer check on what they are buying and selling to the customer. These kind of neglegance ccan cause food poisoning and risk somebody's life.I have written my feedback to MK retail customer feedback support . LETS SEE WHAT THEY HAVE GOT TO SAY Give a second thought when u want to buy any meat or sea food from M K Retail.
