These caterers are fraud. They give complex names to their food items and describe them in a nice manner, but the actual food is tasteless and simple. for eg- governor's punch is simple orange juice, quef farcis is boiled egg, chicken marengo was the worst ever chicken curry, fish colbert with lemon butter was stale and tasteless and guests threw it, they served starters very slowly, flavoured rice was also nothing new. Their dessert section was good like malpoa with nalen gur and vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. But I would suggest them to change the names of their foodstuffs to simple ones and not to manipulate people. Please go for a local caterer instead of continental caterers. Your party will be better if you choose a local caterer. Very poor servicing and food.
