Videocon D2H has the worst service, in terms of communicating with customers over the phone and or email the executives use harsh language and their behavior is not at all good.
The company, its dealers and the customer department hide many things from customers, the company doesn't educate people about the services. When their mistakes are caught by customers, the phone gets disconnected and emails remain unanswered. I am repenting for taking this service. Neither the company website provided all the true and detailed answers.
My suggestion is not to go for any products of Videocon.
