I too agree withe worst service from videocon. Some rude and useless people are killing this company and it's service. I really had bad experience with this service centre people. I am naming them as murali, yogesh, ..etc. I had made 200 calls to solve a simple problem. Once they got the money they feel they can do anything they want. And there is no escalation matrix available for customers here. So beware of this d2h service if you are planning for home.

Videocon D2H has the worst service, in terms of communicating with customers over the phone and or email the executives use harsh language and their behavior is not at all good.
The company, its dealers and the customer department hide many things from customers, the company doesn't educate people about the services. When their mistakes are caught by customers, the phone gets disconnected and emails remain unanswered. I am repenting for taking this service. Neither the company website provided all the true and detailed answers.
My suggestion is not to go for any products of Videocon.
