Has anyone here heard of a delivery boy not finding an address after getting inside the gated community? This was my first Papa John's order. The guy comes almost to the house, but for close to one hour he can't find the house. Keeps calling up asking for directions. Sounds drunk. Rude. Says he's going back, "You can order from somewhere else." Replacement pizza comes two hours after order placement. Cold, and one item missing. Like Vivek and Vincent above... maybe the pizza is good at the restaurant, but don't order from there! Do yourself, your family and your stomach a favour!

hi ihave visted one of ur store near to hsr i had a dinner with my family at around 8.30pm the service and pizza quality was awasum and being as ur regular customer i personally feel that ur dinning attactacts had improved a lot cheers to ur team with a pleasent smile

Just now experienced an extremely bad service from Papa Johns' Pizza, HSR Layout, Bangalore. They goofup with instructions given, send delivery boys who can not even communicate properly, can not read the house number. Finally I ate pizza at 10 PM. What is the use of stone cold pizza to the stomach whose hunger is dead? My recommendation to reader, try someone else if you do not want to risk your reputation in front of your friends and family.
