I have been a customer of MK Retail for past three years, ever since it opened its branch at Brookfield. But today's experience has made me wonder if I really should continue with this chain or not. In past 4 months I have been to the store and repeatedly found issue of price labels for majority of fresh products missing. Every time one has to keep asking rate to store staff. On my surprise, in fact i found that price mentioned by different staff were different and finally at weighing time another rate. Even after repeated suggestions/complaint this issue has not resolved till date.
Si in my today's visit, i had ensured to get my complaint acknowledged store manager with his sign and stamp on written A4 sheet complaint page.

When I insisted to talk to higher authorities, i had been connected to someone from head office . Again at surprise, it was like pre-, informed answer. They only tried to convince me that this is normal and price labels may not be available in future also.
Finally I had to hang up. With clear disappointment, I billed myself whatever I had in my cart and left with the feel of separation.குறைவாகக் காண்க
I have been a regular customer of M.K retails for grossery shopping. For the first time I bought sea food - Ruhu fish from this shop.
It was disappointing to know that they had billed me with rotten fish . I did nto realise it when I bought it . I kind off realised that the fish is not ok when I washed it . I cooked the fish and when I tasted it I realised it was a spoit one. I immediately took the fish and returned to them and was refunded without any question . I guess they are used to such compalins before as well and that is why it wasnt diffucult for me to get my money back but this is not the solution what a customer look for. This super market being a reputed one should have a propoer check on what they are buying and selling to the ... மேலும் காண்க customer.
These kind of neglegance ccan cause food poisoning and risk somebody's life.I have written my feedback to MK retail customer feedback support . LETS SEE WHAT THEY HAVE GOT TO SAY

I have been a customer of MK Retail for past ten years, ever since it opened its branch at CMH Road. But today's experience has made me wonder if I really should continue with this chain or not. In past 4 months I have been to the store thrice to return food items because they were spoilt. In past two cases the items were exchanged even though we dint have the bill with us. The items' packing was intact along with the date & price tag and so the items got easily exchanged. Today we went to the shop to return two items - chole with the package date of Dec 2013 and Chane with pckg date of Jan 28, 2014. The fellow at the counter blatantly refused to return the items asking for the bill straightaway. With 10 years of good shopping experience, ... மேலும் காண்கfrankly speaking, we never really bothered to keep the bill with us. we hardly had any complaints before. But this time, forget about returning, the people at the counter, including the manager did not have simple courtesy also as to how to talk to their loyal customers. First of all, the quality of the product is deteriorating and on top of that you argue with the customer that the product was not kept in "cool and dark place"? Is this how you talk to customers? Let me give a very candid feedback in points now:
1> The quality of products is deteriorating day by day. When earlier we stored cereals like wheat etc for 5-6 months without any problem, the lentils etc are catching insects within 2-3 months of purchase.
2> If you cannot guarantee the quality of products for more than two months, stop mentioning on the package that the item is "best before 6 months". Someone can drag you to court someday for this.
3> Teach your staff how to talk to customers. They need to learn it now more because there will be many more people coming to return items if you do not improve the quality of what you sell.
4> And for sure I am always going to keep the bills with me from now on. Going by the quality of stuff from MK Retail for past few months I am sure there will be many instances in future where I will have to talk to their rude employees and managers to return some or the other stuff.

Well for day-to-day items this shop seems good. But when it came to buying electrical items I found these guys, I must say cheating customers. I visited both shops on the CMH road to buy electric kettle, both said there is only one piece left that is display piece. I bought one from the bigger shop and found it was broken, they claimed they verify it fully. But I got it replaced from the other shop, now this was missing another part and when I told them about it, they again claimed they verify everything and refused to hear me. and I was left with the defected item. These folks keep damaged goods and then claim they are perfect and won't listen. The manager at the smaller shop was rude and non-accommodative.
