Absolutely ridiculous service- no sense of customer satisfaction. This shop should be black listed by Samsung, they are completely spoiling the brand name. Horrible staff and they don't do any follow up. Ended up calling them 30 times over the last month and so and the issue is still not resolved.

Don't buy from this store- any other place where you find samsung products is better.

This shop sells SECONDHAND products as BRAND NEW. NEVER EVER EVER buy things from this shop. I bought a S3 mobile from this and it stopped working the very next day. When given to Service center the next day, they told that the mobile was serviced by them one month back for water entry issue & the mother board was gone. I asked the shop manager to replace the mobile or give my money back,but never got one. They abused me infront of all customers .I complaint with Samsung directly and even they are saying that they cant replace the mobile. After paying 35K, I got a 3 months used S3 with damaged mother board. I am gonna say, IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED ROYALLY, BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS SHOP.

NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP, if you are looking for a better service/skilled sales team. I was in full good mood to buy samsung phone on samsung showroom and had enquired in almost all shops like universal/sangeetha etc before entering in to samsung showroom. I was looking for someone, who can guide me to buy this phone.But to my surprise, most of them where talking together near billing area.And to my good luck, a lady, Banu came to my help. Assurance: I started asking about mobile and price/offers. To my surprise, she offered me screen gaurd free if i buy samsung-s2. I dont want to buy in universal or sangeetha as there was a little price difference. I went for billing and to my shock, after billing Banu-sales lady says, no offers in ... மேலும் காண்க
