Worst service. They totally damaged my bike. I spent almost 4000 rs to fix them. I don't recommend their service to anyone. Damages include too many dents and scratches, chassis , fork bent, chain sprocket.

Super service, my dealing with Mr.JayaRam (TVS Parcel Services) was a nice one.
They are very gentle.
I asked to 'Come NOW' at around 7:30pm, they were in a busy schedule, so I insisted them to 'come TODAY itself'. It was on a Saturday too, the 28th-April-2012. Mr.JayaRam agreed to come around 10:45pm (in the night). Thats the spirit to do the work.
They came to my place, picked the items, packed then and there, and downloaded from the 4th floor, then reloaded into their TATA Ace, given receipt and collected a reasonable money against the receipt. I gave a small tip for the workers, who accompanied Mr.JayaRam.
