Moved to Noida sometime back, so had to look for a house. General observations:

1. They don't favor you when finalizing a deal, instead they favor the landlord.
2. Agreement is a closed one for 11 months.
3. They don't give brokerage receipt and when u ask they would ask you to pay service tax over and above one months' brokerage.
4. Are not and don't behave like educated, but have attitude like James Bond.

I would not recommend them to anyone ever.
