If I could give a lower rating, I would. I would not even wish my enemy to suffer like I did, trusting Richie Motors. They are a bunch of lying, hypocrite cheaters. Especially Pawan, the owner. If the owner himself is such a lowlife, you can imagine what my entire experience with them must have been. I had bought a Santro Xing from them last year. They gave me a damaged stepney, a dead battery from another car, the original parts from my car were removed. They didn't perform the name transfer there, gave me fake papers as well. When later on, I went to seek their help regarding name transfer, they simply shooed me away saying it's not their responsibility. They have sold me the car and they do not want any more hassle! Beware from Richie Motors. ------Mr. Pawan (Owner) cheats with customers. He commits (verbally) many things before having payments (or advance) from customers and behaves like best gentle man in the world but after receiving money he behaves very rudely (If you ask him about his commitments, he over acts and shouts in front of other Customers) and forgets his commitments. He decreases Kilometer reading than actuals.
My suggestion, purchase second hand cars from anywhere but not from Richie Motors. Again I am telling------ âBeware from Richie Motorsâ, âKeep distance from Richie Motorsâ
