NEVER USE FIRST FLIGHT!
These people just hung up on my face!
This company is a disgrace! The worst thing on the planet! They've lost my shipment and don't have a functional customer care department. They keep giving you office addresses, email ids and phone numbers to keep you busy and stop responding once they understand that your shipment is lost!
I have my receipt and it's showing no info at all and first flight has no answer to it.
