Yes it was very pathetic service. It was my fourth complaints then also there is no reaction.I have purchase new bike at pilot Honda chembur before just 2 days I have facing my break liner problem immediately I inform to the dealer they told you'll have to give your bike our service center & they will fix your problem. But I visit 4 time & every time they will told me your liner working properly we can fixed your problem.But when i ride my bike again I'll have face same problem.. When I given first time my bike at pilot Honda service center at Near Amar Cinema. I made a jobcard with the problem of break liner & also I inform him plz make sure whenever bike has been ready then you call me otherwise don't call me they said OK will call you ... மேலும் காண்கwhen your bike has been ready. Next day they call me & inform your bike has been ready plz come collect that time also i ask the? I have give complain of break liner is there problem has been solve. They told me yes your problem has solve. When i reach to service center given payment & check my bike. The condition of my bike very bad it's doesn't look like servicing happen even they couldn't wash my bike also. If bike has been not ready then why you call me inform your bike has been ready Useless. What a time waste at chembur Pilot Honda service center Near Amar Cinema. Worst showroom. They don't give delivery on Sunday in spite requesting them that I was traveling from a far pla e to showroom. Very poor service and they never pickup phones
Worst Service ,Who-ever is willing to buy a HONDA vehicle please do not visit PILOT HONDA's BHANDUP SHOWROOM or even CHEMBUR SHOWROOM as I've found that it is equally TOO bad.
I had given my bike Honda-Shine for servicing in morning at the above said dealer on the day 15th April, 2014.
When I had given the bike, the bike after servicing, showed the meter reading as xxx108 km.
The evening bike was brought home some 3 kilometers away from the servicing station.
I found that the speedometer is not indicating.
The bike is showing the reading of xxx316 km as of now.
Service center person Mr. Lalit's explanation to this is that some component might be damaged in this 8 km (xxx316-xxx308) transit.
However this is not possible since my home is just 3km away from service station.
Now, this takes a firm suspicion on the meter readings since the meter was not working when bike was brought home.

What is the proof that the reading is right? & also the recorded reading is correct?
I have driven bike for 32000 km & servicing at same service center for 5 years.
No speedometer problem came until now.Mr. Lalit should have replaced the damaged parts free of cost and should have returned bike at the condition as it was when given.
Since it has caused me severe mental & physical tensions, THINK TWICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE.குறைவாகக் காண்க
