I bought a treadmill, namely, CP 202 from the Kurla Office at Phoenix Marketcity six to seven months back and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the machine and the service.
Till date, I have had the technicians to repair the machine at least 5 times from the date of purchase.
On the first day of delivery the machine had a problem with the running belt , then with the running board for which 2 different sets of technician had to come to fix the problem and now with the motherboard which again required the technician to repeatedly visit my place and yet the problem is pending to be fixed.
