Very disappointing services. Bikes of poor quality. On the day I bought it itself, the manager had promised delivery to home. After-wards, the employees began squabbling amongst themselves about the delivery in-front of all the customers. I had to make a comment and remind them not to fight in front of customers or it gives a bad impression.
After 2 months itself, the left pedal gave me a problem. I went about 3 times to get it fixed. One time they kept it for a day. When I went back for it, they had not even touched the bike. They then just tightened some screws and gave it to me. Before I could reach home itself, the problem recurred. So I had to go back. Then they properly examined and told me that the left crank needs to be replaced.
