My name is Somnath Chatterjee. I had pre booked a Nissan Terrano and paid an advance of Rs.50,000/- to your local dealer here at Bangalore 4 months back. I have been eagerly waiting for the vehicles launch and subsequent deliveries.
I had been ready to pay a premium for a Nissan product although it is similar in most ways to a Duster owing to the goodwill of the Nissan brand. I am already regretting my decision owing to the deliberately poor service of your local dealer SHAHWAR Nissan.
My customer care representative one Mr. Prathap keeps promising me a delivery date and then fails. So fat this has happened 3 times. My booking is for a Petrol Terrano Bronze grey colour. Initially I was told that the delivery will take place by end O ... మరిన్ని చూడండిctober. I thus sold off my old car. They failed this date. Then it was moved up to the 10th of November. Subsequently to the 20th and and now I am not sure when and if indeed the delivery will happen.
Moreover, the kind of response that this dealership gives is pathetic to say the least. They say they will call back with correct info but never do so. Even one Mr. Pawan who is supposed to be the supervisor is equally lackadaisical. These are tough times for the auto industry and I am sure that you do not want me to go viral on social media websites with my rather shoddy experience with Nissan brand so far.

I'm a recent customer of Shahwar Nissan, I just bought a Nissan Micra. The whole experience left a bad taste in the mouth. The service was hopeless, being a customer I had to call them repeatedly in order to get any response. They never delivered on what they promised. The sales executive I was dealing with was a dubious guy, he wrote something on the invoice and then cancelled it out on the carbon copy. I have a feeling they are not very keen on selling their cars, they expect the cars to sell themselves and as they are the sole dealers in Bangalore, they seem very over confident and safe. In being so complacent they are actually paving a way for the rise of a competitor. Really disappointed and upset by their behaviour and service. As far ... మరిన్ని చూడండి as I'm concerned, Micra sold itself...these guys didn't do a thing. When one pays, they not only pay for the car but also for the experience as a whole, if the latter is non-existent then the cost is not worth it. Had I known how hopeless they were, I would probably have moved on to another car. I'm still waiting for my accessories (which were supposed to be ready along with delivery of the car), hope they arrive soon. I certainly hope I don't have to keep nagging and following up with them to get what I paid for. తక్కువ వీక్షించండి
