We have seen a big advertisement in a hindi newspaper for 1 bhk ready to move in flats for sale at Lal Kuan, We enquired over the phone no. given in the advertiement and since then thier sales person was after us , they lured us further by sending thier own vehicle for the site view...we liked the flat but we needed to time to decide on it..Thier sales person was after us to book it when we asked what is the booking amt ,,he said as low as 11000, we asked in case the loan is not sanctioned then what is the refund policy to which he replied 5% will be deducted and the balance will be paid back.. we were not carrying so much caash so he further offered thier vehicle to take us to the ATM, after taking out the money thier person direccted us t ... మరిన్ని చూడండిo pay the money at thier Kaushambi Office, We then visited thier Kaushambi office . We paid the money got the receipt.
now after 2 weeks the loan was not sanctioned so we approach them to cancel the booking ..To our shock they said any money paid less than 25000 will not be refunded...and it is mentioned on thier receipt also that we did not notice...
If they do not refund less than 25000 then why do they collect the amount of less than 25000 ..we were in discussions on these point only they immediately cancelled the booking by thier own sweet will ...and Their office girl Khushboo Khattar threatned that they have links everywhere and we cannot take this amount back, thier office boy Abhishek threatned that I am a lady so he is sparing me otherwise would have taught me a lesson, The person who was Rajan Malhotra as he said he is owner said no one can take this money from them even president of India..
No builder ever deduct 100% of booking amount, it is clearly luring people to pay less than 25000 and enjoy the benfit of both the cases...They are cheaters and have deficiency in thier commitments. There is no buyer seller agreement signed
