I hope someone from the top management is listening to this.
This is an unfortunate customer of Sai Aircon Sandeep, staying at Karkhana.
I have got a split aircon installed through your company (which was probably the biggest mistake I did this year).
The site check at my home happened on 22nd April and on numerous follow-up the aircon was finally installed on the 28th April.
The aircon precisely stopped functioning normally from the night of 7th May. On complaining about itâ¦..the technician was able to attend us only on 11th May and told us that the outdoor unit is required to be shifted as the current installation place is not apt.
As the outdoor unit is required to shift again, (which again required owners approva ... మరిన్ని చూడండిl who were out of station till Sunday 16th May ) it was decided that the technician comes on Monday (17th May) and does the necessary job.
Hence the Aircon has been out of service from last 11 days which have been the hottest days of this season.
The one to be blamed for this chaos is the First technician who did the site check and suggested the outdoor unitâs current location (which causes the problem), and also the company for not keeping properly trained professionals causing inconvenience to the end use. The current installation also required me to buy the Hanger worth Rs 350 /- which is no more of use as the new proposed installation location is on terrace.
My frustration and agony does not stop here. As scheduled, the movement of the outdoor unit was supposed to happen yesterday (17th May) as mentioned above. I called Sai Aircon in the morning and again placed a reminder of the existing complaint.
After my days work and upon receiving no update on the status the whole day, I decided to call up Sai Aircon again at 6:40 pm in the evening.
This time the receptionist shocks me with a news. She says that because the outdoor unit has to be now moved to the terrace, you ( I ) need to spend money again to buy the necessary copper tube.
How should a person feel / react when he is waiting for the product to get repaired (which is only on a rental basis for 3 months) and this kind of update is given. Already I have wasted money for the hanger which would be no longer required, and now Sai Aircon imposes conditions for the repair to be done.
Further, the lady said (in an irritated voice) that there would be a senior most technician, Arjun, visit my place for a Site check again and then they will take a call on what has to be done. She said that Arjun would visit the house on Monday itself no matter what time.
Its Tuesday and I am still waiting.
Is this the level of proficiency with which Sai Aircon operates.
