I ordered flowers with flower vase, teddy and chocolates worth of rs.5000. when i received the teddy that wasn't that one what i ordered and not the flower vase. i complaint online.. the guy told me that "it is not possible to get the same teddy available".. What to do man. i was freaked. i ordered worth of rs 3299 and gave me worth of rs. 2495.. i asked him to refund me the remaining amount. he started excuse's this was express order and bla bla bla. Dn he told it's the same teddy what we delivered. i was shocked.. i thought they are very well trained to handle this kind of issue. next i asked for the flower vase. and i send him the pictures want i received items. he told me to read the note there.
