I had opted for an extenso treatment for Diwali at The Enrich salon ,Mulund.In midst of the treatment i felt a bunch of front hair were twisted n rough instead of straight n smooth.When i asked the stylist,Ranjita,she said it will b fine after the first wash.However,the hair has been permanently damaged.
When approached,the Salon asked me to undergo another treatment for Softening the kinks.When i asked,why should i pay for someone's mistake?After paying 8500/- one doesnot expect this,the reply from Janhavi the manager was i will get back to you with best possible solution,since i didnt opt for the option for a Haircut by her.I am still waiting for call from Enrich. Can any action be taken?Hope they read & Respond.
