VERY BAD SERVICE It takes 24hrs to reach in Thane to Thane city
shipment came to thane office yesterday and today after 24 hrs not delivered ?
Instead if you ship it to EMS they deliver in the morning in Rs.50 instead of Rs.400/- so promote Post and save country

disgusting service! they delivered 2 days late & then went to my neighbour's door which was locked. They don't even check house number while delivery!!
Ridiculous! Even though they have their office at Dombivli, I have to go to Thane to collect the Passport, as when enquired, it is told that the service is not available at Dombivli. What a frustrating experience??????????????????????????????? Also no one is answering the calls made to them. I am not in a position to know the timings of collection (I am working). At the customer service, when asked to deliver at their Dombivli (E) office, they refused to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

any time its difficult for them to drop ur parcel at your place , u have to pick it up from their office
Really Bad service.
My address was correct even thought I called them and given more famous land mark but not rvcd yet after 2 days also.
Now I am directly going 2 there thane office to collect my consignment. :(
For that I have to give them call at 8 am to stop that consignment. Otherwise I can't collect for full day.
Really fustrating service.
